A Customer Resource Center will be opened to support the Indian Trail neighborhood
SPOKANE, Wash. – June 16, 2026: To support customers affected by the Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) in Spokane’s Indian Trail neighborhood Avista is opening a Customer Resource Center (CRC) at Skyline Elementary School 9911 N. Bob Olsen Lane, Spokane, WA. It will be open from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. today. The CRC will offer a place to charge small electronics, get water and snacks, and learn more about the power outage in your area.
Public safety is embedded in all our operational decisions, including during high-fire-risk conditions.
Please visit myavista.com/PSPS for the most up-to-date information, including Avista’s outage map and CRC information. Estimated restoration times will not be immediately available. Actual shutoff and restoration times may be delayed depending on weather and equipment conditions.
