Spokane, Wash. July 16, 2025: The intersection of Perimeter Drive and West 6^th Street will be closed from July 21 to July 25 in Moscow. Additionally, the intersection of Rayburn and West 6^th Street will be closed from July 24 to August 1. These road closures are necessary to allow Avista crews to make modifications to existing gas lines in the area, supporting current and future growth on the University of Idaho campus.

There is no planned power outage related to this work. Traffic control will be in place while these improvements are being completed.
