Spokane, Wash. October 31, 2025: Approximately 247 Avista electric customers in Spangle will experience a planned power outage on Thursday, November 6. The planned outage will start at 10:00 p.m. on November 6 and end at 5:00 a.m. on Friday, November 7.

During this time, Avista crews will be performing maintenance at the Spangle substation. These updates are part of Avista's ongoing efforts to enhance the safety and reliability of its infrastructure.
