SPOKANE, Wash., July 17, 2026 — About 201 Avista electric customers in Moscow will experience a planned power outage Wednesday, July 22. The outage will begin at 7:00 a.m. and is expected to end at 1:00 p.m. Impacted customers are located along North Mountain View Road, north of the Aquatics Center to the end of Slonaker Drive, and from Ponderosa Street east to Mountain View Park. The outage will not affect the Aquatics Center or customers on East F Street. Traffic control will be in place.

During the outage, Avista contract crews will relocate overhead utilities to support ongoing road and pedestrian access improvements on North Mountain View Road.
